Our cancellation policy

We understand life can get a little crazy and so we provide multiple reminder confirmations to help. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours cancellation for any appointment reservations. Failure to offer the requested notice will result in a re-booking fee equivalent to the amount of time you had previously reserved or the forfeiture of your deposit.

Our satisfaction guarantee

Though we have a no-refund policy as the majority of fees are based on your time with our artists, we do absolutely guarantee our work to meet or exceed your expectations. In the event of any problems we will provide additional services at no cost until we have exhausted every measure to meet not just your needs but your goals.
